I told her about the people I was shopping for, and she made excellent recommendations. I work in retail, and I k ow how exhausting holidays can be. But she was amazing. Very nice, professional, and easy-going. I wish I could remember her name :( I will definitely be back for more shopping."

"First discovered Tommy John while visiting the Mall and will admit it was amid the higher end price of underwear that I’ve experienced. But quality is definitely what you get, the Air is my personal favorite. The team their helped me find a few starter pair and now I would actively advise anyone who care about their day to day comfort to look into the brand. Between now owning the lounge and underwear I’m hooked. My boyfriend and myself both wear the clothing and it’s worth the investment."

"I have owned a few pairs of Tommy John drawers and must say they are the bomb.com I returned a couple pair back in October that were gifted to me in an effort to get their newest design instead. Of course they were sold out. Understandably. They took my contact information and told me they would call once a new shipment arrived. They anticipated late November early December. I received a phone call from Chardae yesterday to let me know they finally got their new shipment in. Blessings. I ordered three pair and they will be shipping them to me directly. Just wanted to give a shout out to Chardae and the team at Tommy John in the Galleria for staying true to their word and following through with what they said they would do. I feel like this is very rare nowadays for folks to keep their word. I’m really looking forward to the shipment! Thanks again!"

"Had time to kill so I went into the store to find out why in the world anyone would pay $30 for a pair of underwear. In my mind it was never going to happen. Then I met Kelsey who is not one of their sales people. 10 minutes later I was one of those people that owned a pair of $30 underwear and my day was better because I visited their store. Tommy John makes a good product and I would recommend it. I would also recommend that they do everything possible to hold on to Kelsey. I've been in customer service and sales for 40 years and she is a rare find."
