"I told the lady threading my brows that I needed just a quick cleanup and a trim, and that I always keep my brows thick. While I was in the chair, it felt like the threading part was taking a bit longer than usual, and it was oddly quite painful near my arch. When she was finished, I was shocked and utterly mortified at how thin my brows were, it looks absolutely awful! I don't even have a tail to my brows anymore, nor do I have an arch anymore on either brow. It's just two lines of half a brow on each that give me a harsh expression like I look angry. I am extremely disappointed and very upset with how my brows turned out and to add a huge insult as well, my wedding is the next day! I cried in my car and on the way home after seeing how horrible this will look in my wedding pictures. She told me "don't worry, your brows grow long, so I trimmed a lot of it and in 2 or 3 days they'll be fuller". I knew this wasn't the case, as I no longer have an arch in either brow because of the way she shaped them, over half of my brow thickness and size is gone, along with the ends (again, I didn't ask for any shaping, just a cleanup and trim). I've never had a problem with any of the other ladies who have done my brows. I'm beyond upset and will not be returning here after such a time of patronage and referrals to this place."
