"I started coming here a few months ago and I must say the customer service is unmatched. The owners here really do care about their customers and that speaks volumes about the business. If something is wrong, they will fix it. No questions asked. They want to make sure that you leave happy which is very hard to find, especially in Southlake. Ann has been EXCELLENT the last couple of times that I’ve done my dip powder. She is patient and pays attention to detail. She will ask you along the way if everything looks good, which again means she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I will request her every time because she is awesome! I’ve had a couple of pedicures here and they have been OK. I really care about the massage and the final product which is the polish at the end. I haven’t had the best experience so I will just ask for a different tech next time, but I will still give them five stars because of their quality of service is unbeatable. Love this place and will continue to recommend them to others."

They are a family owned business and extremely friendly. The quality of their service is great. I’ve had the pleasure of having Andy and Cindy do my dip nails. It turned out great every time. The salon is clean and does not reek of acetone like many other places. I will definitely be coming back here."

However they do a combo of drill/file and acetone wrap for removals. They’re very clean! They were really nice, asked if I liked my nails along the way, had a great color selection.
