"I went in to take my daughter for a COVID exam that was requested by the district because of extra curricular activities. They have a large sign outside saying “rapid covid exams.” We waited in the lobby and then waited some more in the exam room, for a total of 2 hours! What is so rapid about that? They didn’t tell us the exam entitled getting a “physical” which we did not request! Talk about wanting to milk the insurance. My daughter is not a patient there and we should have been told of the time it would take and the procedures, they took get weight, her vitals and a physical!!! Ridiculous because we were just needing a COVID exam! We will never visit again and would like to warn everyone needing a “rapid exam” of the way they do things here."
