"I had an appointment and went in, signed in, the lobby was empty except for a couple who was already leaving. I sat down to wait, the couple left and the receptionist never even acknowledged me or greeted me. She started doing other stuff, calling other patients on the phone, conversing with another staff member and never called me. After an hour of waiting, I walked out. Mind you, there was nobody else waiting to be seen. My time is important too, I guess I’ll just take my business elsewhere. That never happened when Dr Veray was there."
