"Staff is very unprofessional and disorganized. I went in for a 1 o clock appointment and was attended past 2. They made up a story as to why I was waiting so long, instead of just apologizing. I had additional appointments later on the week which they text to cancel. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone."

"Worse experience ever. I took my daughter for a dental appointment and was given a certain time. When I went in front desk employee said she would be next and fast forward 10 clients get called first. I ask again what's going on? Again she said she is next and nothing. Then someone comes out saying the appointment time is wrong and we are early. I proceed to show her the text showing the time. She then says idk and she should be called when a room is available. I'm never coming again. Very bad customer service. I can't believe they are still in business."

"Wish I could give 0 honestly NO ONE CARES here if you don’t have insurance, they won’t give you proper medication or treatment they’ll charge you $100 for a referral to a place that charges another $100 for an evaluation, what’s the point? I can’t even get treatment because Dr Lopez didn’t even prescribe me antibiotics for an obvious infection I’m in tears, over the counter ibuprofen is all you can tell me? I’m a vulnerable person in pain, but I don’t have insurance so why should you care right? I hate to be the one to come to google reviews but who else is gonna listen? Not “Hero’s” Dental that’s for sure"

"I highly recommend Heroes Dental. The staff is super friendly, effective and patient. They see little heroes and big heroes too! I was happy I could get my cleaning done right before my son got his check up so we didn't have to come on different days."
