"I came here for an appointment with a women that did a no show so I had to go to Peter J and my hair is awful. The picture I showed versus what I got my hair is fried from the bleach, there’s 2 chunks of platinum bling at the back of my head and it was supposed to be blended and it’s straight cut lines from the blonde to the brown in my hair. It looks awful and when I called to speak to Peter about how unhappy I am he was yelling at me telling me there would be no compensation and since I told him my hair was okay when leaving from the appointment he won’t help me with this. He told me I had 2 options to choose from “either just deal with it” or “he could try to fix it” why would I go back to the stylist that messed it up to begin with and is very rude and did not even apologize at all."
