"We made my daughter an appointment 1 1/2- 2 weeks out for a black ombre dye for her hair. First it isn't black it's dark brown. 2nd they didn't bleach/lighten her hair for the color to actually show. 3rd they just put the color on in a really horrible uneven layers that didn't even covers the ends fully as it should have."
