Q Nails

"I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I was there for an hour and half which is twice as long as I’m used to. Staff was friendly however the place was probably not up to code. Pedi notes: used what looked like a handheld cheese grater, no tools were taken out of packaging to indicate they were sterile. Mani notes: took so long to remove the previous gel, ended up cutting my nails down but she filed so much of my nail off (did not soak off), same issue with tools, the nail file was completely white. Had bubbles and started to chip after a couple days, then started to really chip and peel after a week."

"Worse nail salon I've ever been to. Nails started popping off within 8 days. I could see the sides of my own nails when she was finished. Asked for matching color for my fingernails and toenails. Fingernails were pale pink. Toenails were neon. After arguing with me that they (3 employees) matched I asked another customer. She too said they didn't match, they reluctantly repainted my fingernails. Pedicure was even worse. They cut my toenails so short my big toe hurt for a week. Never will I ever go back here. The place is trash."

"2 words NEVER AGAIN ! I got may nails done Sunday, 2 days ago and they already came off. This was my first time here and my last. At first my nails were all crooked, one was shorter than the other & the color was not what I had asked for. I wanted my whole nail one color (blush pink) but the pink that she put on my nail was see thru, my nail was dark on the bottom and light on the other. She tried to fix it by going over it with gel polish, that made it worst you cold see thru the polish, it wasn't even and it look like it had things on it. She had to re-do my nails 3 times! And they still weren't good but at that point I was tired and annoyed so I went home. Save your money!!"

"Today was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised with a great experience! I first off like that they’re open on Sunday's, that’s very convenient. They have a wonderful selection of nail colors to choose from & the price was great. I feel like my nail tech did a great job with my length and shape of my nails. The acrylic came out smooth & even. I will definitely be back!"
