"My recent visit was amazing! Autumn did a wonderful job from start to finish. My blonde looks great, her scalp massage while shampooing was fabulous, and the new chairs with footsteps and pillows for shampooing are sooo much more comfortable now! I can’t say enough great things about this visit!"

"Cache is literally the best. She is so talented, and she KNOWS hair. She cuts my curly hair, and my daughter’s super straight hair. My daughter was going swimming after her cut and instead of a blow out she gave her a double Dutch braid. She gives my daughter hair tips. She has gotten my hair the exact color I wanted without bleaching it."

"UPDATE: The answer I got on this review is a lie! I sent them an email again but they haven’t replied yet. So far I am still waiting for an answer if I can get my money back or not. It feels to me, like they just answered to my review to look good on Google but they haven’t done anything to help me yet. I will keep you updated if anything happens. Most disappointing hairdresser visit in my life! I went there for a full balayage and a trim but I ended up with a weird layered haircut that I didn’t ask for and orange highlights. Although my money piece turned out thicker on one side. I wanted lighter hair because of my halo extensions, I even showed them a picture, but they cut off all blonde hair so in the end it was darker than before. I can’t even wear my extensions anymore. I tried to contact the salon but they didn’t reply to make up for it. It’s really sad to ignore unsatisfied costumers, at least an answer would have been nice and polite. I would not recommend to go there. My hair before and after the visit in the picture."

"We had a fabulous stylist Cache who helped us pick the best hair style out of 3 we came in with, along with the hair pin sets I bought to go with her jewelry and dress. I wanted it all to look gorgeous. She made it happen, she's friendly, talented, and extremely open to questions about hair. We have found our new hair home with the amazing stylist Cache. Bailey loved her too! The salon has a great vibe, very cute and not pretentious, but definitely has the pampered working mom thing down, loved it! I highly recommend so far for hair dos, I am sure my haircut this week will be just as fantastic by Cache..I will keep you posted."

"DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience I have ever had. My "stylist" was supposed to do a balayage on me and failed to do so. my hair was very healthy before I went there and when I left my hair was breaking off. She put Permanent color on the first 6 inches of my hair! which is WHY when they tried to fix it, my hair TURNED ORANGE!!! as Professional stylists, they should have known they weren't going to be able to lift through that dark brown color ! The manager/ owner Melanie Cosby said they would let me come in for free to fix it and I left the 2nd time with grey, orange, brown and yellow in my hair. I asked to get a refund because I now have to chop off my hair. We had a polite and professional text conversation, she had asked me to send her pictures of my hair, I sent her 7 photos , her response " Oh my gosh, that's horrible, I will absolutely take care of this in the morning, would you like me to set you up with her for a haircut to remove the dead ends" I stated, no thank you , that I needed to seek out an altertnate salon. to get my hair fixed. She then stated she would credit my card in the morning and send me a receipt, and said she appreciated me letting her know. Fast forward to the next day, we had a brief phone conversation , she asked me to come in so she could see my hair, I went to the salon, they said she wasnt there, and would return at 1:30, meanwhile the second stylist who tried fixing my hair came out and we talked, she again stated that Melanie wasn't there, but would be back at 1:30, i told her I would just wait since it was already 1:15. the next thing I know the Police showed up and told me they wanted me off the premises or I would be arrested. there was never a confrontation! there was never a time when they asked me to leave, it wasn't a hostile situation , I have a feeling this isn't the first time they've done this as it seemed very staged! This is THE MOST unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, I can't believe they would treat a paying client like this! THEY RUINED MY HAIR!!! The first 6 photos are from the first session. the next 4 photos are from the second session and the last two photos are of my original hair and my inspiration."
