"They severely cut my daughter's great toe and didn't inform me when it happened. The tech decided it was sufficient to put rubbing alcohol on the injury. Her toe immediately became infected. They also put false tips on my 11 year old without my consent and attempted to talk her into having a facial wax. Irresponsible and unprofessional."
