"I made an appointment with them and I wanted to dye my hair strawberry blonde also with a simple trim. I knew my hair would needed to be bleached so I can get the color I want. I showed pics of how my hair is now and the color I wanted my hair dyed. Today was my appointment and I was so excited till the stylist told me “there must of been some miscommunication I was told you needed a trimmer and a toner to lighten up your hair” I was so upset and even with the full set service would of been by the end of next month!! The staff up front who does the schedule needs to communicate with all stylist and know how to properly schedule appointments like mine."

"I have been going to the Beautyhive for a while now and I can’t say anything but great things. I first went for a color correction due to my previous stylist turning my hair green. Autumn fixed my hair and made me feel normal again. Once Autumn left Shaelyn started doing my hair, and I just love her. She is great at her job and so sweet. She has exceeded my expectations and I will continue to be a client. She recently took me from platinum blonde to red, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. The salon and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They offer tasty snacks and drinks every time I’m there. This salon has something no other salon has. In the shampoo bowl they have something you sit your head on so you don’t have to strain your neck. It makes for the nice relaxing experience it should be. If you have not been to this salon yet you should definitely go. You will not be disappointed."
