"Highly disappointed with the microchanneling with serum treatment I have had. I bought a 3 session package. Have had 2 sessions and see little to no results. I have inquired about booking my last session and was tested rudely even if it via text. I dread going back there. Would not refer them to anyone. To bad too, I was hoping to try some other procedures they offer. They are very expensive I feel to see no results and to be treated poorly. To many other facilities out there to pick from. I gave it 2 stars because my 1st visit went well and the place was new and clean. My second visit I felt rushed and not a through job was done. And so far just trying to book the 3rd is giving me regrets for even trying this place out. As far as your reply...1st of call never was In there an hour...second I was never hateful just honest that I was not happy with the results. And 3rd I would never come back as a client so all is good. And 4th I have had facials, massages, Pedi ECT that were wonderful and was very happy with and leave reviews stating that. So yes, I can be happy with services I receive when I see and feel they made difference. I leave reviews so other people can make a better decision on using a business. Lesson learned and life goes on."
