"I came to this location at 430 pm on a Saturday. Before coming into the store I tried to check in on the app….all of the other local stores had wait times posted but the app showed an unavailable wait time for this location. I thought maybe the app was malfunctioning so I came in to see what the line was like. I walked in and saw two people sitting in them waiting area. I started to check in and was met with “did you check in online?” I said, no. And the response was “ok well you can check in but we won’t be getting to you until after we’re closed,” in a very rude tone. I noticed the sign on the door said the store closed at 6. I said nothing I took my business elsewhere and went around the corner to great clips and got my hair cut for half the price and a much friendlier staff. I will not be visiting this location again."
