"Ladies are nice and friendly. Have been there a few times, the first time the haircut was ok but the next two times were pretty bad."

"I had a very bad experience with them; they are not professional. If you show any haircut pictures as a reference, they will agree to cut it the same way. However, in the end, they cut randomly, which doesn't match the reference picture. Afterward, they pressure you to style your hair to match the picture and add extra charges, never admitting their own fault. Very unprofessional. My hair was long enough to use as a reference picture for the haircut. I'm concerned about the inconsistency. If you're not able to cut as shown in the pictures, why do you confirm it's okay before starting the cut?"

"Best experience, Ashley was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. She cut my daughter’s hair as well and she can’t get over how cute it is. Definitely will be going back to see her."

"Was treated very rudely at this location. Walked in and the staff said to one another, ( I guess I spoke too soon ) . Then the young lady cutting my hair only had use of one arm due to pulling a muscle. ( I am completely empathic to her injury ) , however she butchered my hair !!! Why would you cut someone’s hair when you have an injury . I understand we all need to make money , This falls on management and ownership! I could have cut it myself at home and saved $19.00. Basically she shaved my head . And that was not done right . I will not go back to any location."

"Honestly I’ve been trying to think positive about my hair but it’s so botched she said “face framing” and girl.. she just cut a few pieces of one side and it’s just terrible looks nothing like I asked for and it was honestly simple..
