"Rose cut my hair, she cut more than 7 inches of my hair. My hair is uneven, I had to go home and even out my haircut. I do NOT recommend her!"

"For the second time Austin has done my undercut (back and sides at a 3), they've missed massive chunks of hair. To the point where my room mate had to go over it with my own razor and fix their mistake. Seeing as these two trips were 9 months apart (roughly), I remembered them from the first time because of how they messed up, and sure enough, they missed things again. I'd give less stars, but they technically did it right. Edit: I washed my hair and found even more that my room mate had to fix. I'm not talking a small amount, I'm talking giant chunks of hair they missed. See pictures"
"I really would like to give five stars to this place , but I just can't. I'll give two, because my daughter liked her haircut. My experience was completely the opposite. I liked how the lady was doing my daughters' haircut, so since there was no one on list, I decided to cut my hair too. I found a picture of what I want and showed to her, she said yes and that she could do what was in the picture. She started and said, that I do not want to cut my hair that short since it is curly, I told her that I didn't have a problem with the length and I want how was it in the picture. Then she told me, that I didn't want to shave on the side, because it wasn't to look good on me, but she was going to do it since I wanted. She shaved both sides, thing that wasn't in the picture. But that's not the worst part, because when I told her that I wanted like was in the picture, she said that she was taught to cut the hair even when she went to the school. I said, I understand, but I would like it how is in the picture. She said: "you don't want that, because that's for young people". I was surprised and offended at the same time. I replied to her and ask her if she was calling me old. (I know that I'm not on my 20's, but that's not the way that you treat a client). She told me again that that was for young people and I don't wanted, because I have kids. And she repeated multiple times. Then she talked really loud to her co-worker and told her: "she want to shave one side, but I told her she do not want that because that's for young people". Of course her co-worked supported her and told me: "No that's not for you". I said ok, no problem. I felt embarrassed, because at that moment were more clients in the place and they heard everything. I just paid, gave her a $10 tip and left. What she doesn't know is that she really hurt my feelings and when I got home and looked carefully myself at the mirror and cried like I was a 10 years old girl when she doesn't like her haircut. I don't think that my daughter is coming back to that place to do a haircut. I just want that other women do not feel the way I did that day. I'm pretty sure that that might not be her intention, but she didn't make me feel better."
"Abby did my sons hair today and she did a great job! He is a little sensitive with cuts and she was very patient and kind. Definitely will be returning"
