Martha convinced me that she would do a good job. She was spectacular, talked me through everything she was doing next and my hair turned out fabulous."

"for reference, my hair was past my waist and very thick. i rarely get hair cuts or go to salon, usually just opting for at home trims. for a special event, which would be in a week, i decided to go here. i’ve been here in the past to remove hair coloring and dye hair. this visit, i went in for a trim and asked for long layers. i was asked by the stylist if i wanted the trim first then layers or vise versa. i don’t know much about cutting hair, so i had no idea what to answer. she ended up botching my hair but never said anything. at some point, some other lady came to try to fix it. my mother had noticed there was a lot of hair on the floor and even more snipping continuing. despite the second stylist’s attempts, the cut was uneven and essentially ruined. at least 12 inches was cut. if the stylist had no experience with longer hair and made that clear, then i would have waited for another stylist or found somewhere else to get a hair cut. only got an apology and was told the “haircut” was free."

"Very clean facility !! Staff is friendly and takes care that comfort and safety of client has been met. I'm in a wheelchair so that was important! The stylist was extremely knowledgeable and took extra care plus all concerns were addressed !! Yes I will be back!!!!!!!!!"

"Definitely overly priced for cheap work. My daughter wanted a haircut and the only availability was at JCPenney. Kids haircut was $38 she took less than 10 minutes. They had a special for back to school $12 off the “stylist” said SHE didn’t take that storewide promoted coupon. This price would have been fine had it been a good stylist. I don’t think she was experienced. She also said she could blow dry for $50. Didn’t catch her name but she had drawn on freckles can’t miss her lol"

"Made an appointment for my 2 kids. The hairstylist was patient, kind, gentle and understood what my kids wanted for their haircut. Would recommend."
