"It would have been 1 star but owner refunded my money for haircut. I had an appointment with Amy. I made it clear that I had never been there before that I was looking for someone to do my hair because I hadn’t been happy with the three previous people that I was trying because I was new to the area. I showed Amy how I wanted my hair I showed her a picture of myself wearing the hairstyle that I wanted again. I had let my hair grow out. I have curly hair. It takes a long time to grow. I didn’t even spend 15 minutes in Amy‘s chair and I was out the door and when I got to the car I was in tears. My hair looked nothing like the style I wanted , she cut it way too short to the point now that I can’t do anything with it. The owner did offer to try to re-cut it I said what can you do? I have no hair but she didn’t even do the finish my edges or anything nothing I was in and out in less than 15 minutes . Very unhappy with her service. I wouldn’t recommend Amy to anyone and it makes me sad that me expressing how I wanted my hair not to cut it too short made it perfectly clear she still did whatever she wanted and I am completely unhappy and there’s nothing I can do. I have to live with this until it grows and it takes curly hair long time to show any length."

"What good is the best hair stylist/colorist in the county if they never work and you can't get an appointment in 3 months of trying??? With family coming in for the holidays, they finally gave my wife an appointment. Then, 30 minutes before the appointment on Saturday morning, they called and canceled. They must have won the lottery, they are only open 3 days a week. Limited hours and no openings. The facility parking is tight. They do have handicap parking, and entry is no steps, but the door is narrow. Great reputation for a Weslaco business, if you can get in... I wish this rock star store owner had the time to raise up and expand with reliable staff."
