"Hair stylist was very nice and friendly great hair cut"

"I came into the shop with a picture of the cut I wanted, and asked specifically if she could do it. She said my hair wasn’t curly enough. I explained that I have naturally curly hair, but it was pulled back into a tight bun. The hair cut I received was NOTHING like the picture. Even after reminding her to leave the top longer because the curls would shrink as they dried I ended up with a cut that is much too short to even curl. I was and still am, extremely angry. She explained that this cut was better and charged me full price! I am 67 years old and know my hair better than anyone, especially the arrogant yet incompetent “professional “."

"Walked in to get a haircut. I have been growing my hair out for some time now. Told her not to cut from the ends and she still cut off 3 inches of the end. Not only did she cut off from the end she cut it so uneven, I’m going to have to even it out and cut some more inches of my hair. DO NOT GO HERE. Oh and the layer haircut she was supposed to give me, she gave me a mullet instead. For $20 you can literally go get a haircut anywhere else but here."

"Cindy is absolutely amazing. She gave me exactly the color I wanted to achieve with my highlights. She was very professional and was thoughtful of me having young children with me. If you need highlights or color done I highly recommend her."

"Leslie and Berta both very rude trying to resolve the mistake that they did on my hair ! I asked for a wavy perm and got half a perm, the back of my head is completely straight. And my hair is severely DRY. When I asked for options on how to fix it they said they’d have to put my hair through the whole chemical process! I declined because my hair is already DRY AFTER THE PERM. So I asked for my money back which was declined . Now I am walking around with half a perm. Ridiculous. They were extremely rude to me, I was as patient as I could be. But in the end I still lost 140$. Hair is very brittle now and breaks very easily when simply running my hands through it. Do not go here, I can also hear them talking about me in Spanish saying things like “I probably messed it up by washing my hair” I guess they thought I didn’t understand Spanish but aside from that I did not wash my hair this isn’t my first perm I am aware of the care my hair needs after a perm."
