"Worst customer service experience ever with a supercuts establishment. Firstly entering the establishment it smelled like sewer water or something of that nature. Afterwards as I made my way to the counter, I asked one of the stylist how long is the wait time. Mind you there are two stylist and they both have people in the chair half way through their cuts. She said your next. I waited longer than 1hr and 30 min and finally one of them finished, she decided "let me take a break" go to the back, to be on her phone. Then proceeds to another person and then tells me again I'm next. I walked right out and wont ever come back to this location."
