"Concepcion cut my hair. I asked her to fade the line after and she said I had too much hair and tried again. After the second attempt it was not all faded, I asked for it to be faded again and she said she couldn't, that I was so used to barber cuts and that she couldn't do those fades. The price was $25 for a bad haircut, she can't cut hair like a barber but sure can charge like one...."
