"Walk in to this store today and saw two employees working on a dress so we walked around to look at the dresses. Per the signs you cannot touch any of the dresses so we couldn’t get a good look. Heard one of the employees talking bad about another customer over the phone. We were in the store for about 5 minutes and were ignored the whole time by both staff members (not even a hi). I’ll spend my $2000 elsewhere, thx!"

"Very bad experience many reviews also stating the same.... just verify... am from other country went to purchase for a great day... they didn't have many options with sleeve.... when am asking for options finally they gave me a dress for trial and SHE WENT TO WORK ..... once am giving back they said dress s spoiled by my make up in some places and have to purchase that dress or should give 60 dollars for cleaning and she showed a very small board in one shelf says helper will be with you for trial... but no one helped me ..... so far in usa we went more shopping... never experienced this before.. very worst shop. So if anyone wants to buy or try any dress from them just asked for help also before Trial ask about the dress whether it's in good condition or not... otherwise they will ask you to buy or they will ask money for cleaning.."

"Would not recommend. My little sister went to try on quince dresses today and the woman helping her was so rude and had a horrible attitude. This is the second place we’ve looked at dresses and she felt so defeated and the woman made her feel absolutely horrible saying she couldn’t try on to many because “they can rip” my sister is on the thicker side but the way she went about it was so wrong. She’s never had an issue trying on dresses any where else. I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted she had the audacity to make a child feel that way on a day that was supposed to be fun and create memories."
