Reviews
"This store is amazing! I'm from Phoenix, Arizona and we have a Zia Records and Bookman's that I can compare this, too, and to me it's like they both combined and turned into a superstore. Plus, the customer service was amazing and the store was very clean and well organized."
"Amazingly great collection of various odds and ends, different little knick knacks. Buy, sell, trade... hell whatever floats your boat! You can get lost in there very easily not because how big it is (although it's big) but because the amount of product per square meter lol."
"I will give them this very good selection, but there are no prices on most of there items, good luck trying to get someone to get a price check. When I did, I could tell I was I interrupting them in what they were doing. I'm in the toy and collecting businesses also they are very proud of their items, very pricey flet like I was at a comiccon show. I'm not sure what their overhead is, but dang. At what they are offering customers to buy their items for is like poking them In the eyes. They offer to buy Pops for $2-3 each from you if you're lucky and then put it in the shelf for $15-20. I experienced it and then hear it all the time. If you're looking to sell your collection and don't care what you get, 2nd & Charles is the place to go. But if you want at least a fair amount, there are definitely other stores that will give you a fair price for your collection and are actually friendly. This place will take advantage of you and your collection. But again they have a very good selection just too pricey for me."
"This was my first time going in a 2nd & Charles Bookstore. Definitely won't be my last. Very nice store. I went for a "meet the author" event and bought her 2 books which she autographed for me. Really enjoyed looking around, too."
"I can see this is more of a bookstore than anything, but I like the variety of products they have besides that. Comics, video game peripherals, and even actual games, including old school ones! What made me lose respect for them was the prices on some of the Switch games. I know it's recently new but...$64 for Pokemon Legends: Arceus?! Target is LITERALLY right next door and you can get that for several bucks cheaper! Looks like it's better just to go to 806 Games if you want better deals."
