"I usually always order from here and have a good experience. But today I ordered here at 2:33pm Chelsea said it takes 15 minute to prepare meaning my food was done at 2:48 and picked it up at 3:03 and my food was cold icing wasn’t melted on my Cinnabons and they were hard she stated that i can’t expect my food to be warm after 15 minutes. When it takes 15 minutes to get to some customers houses and the food still be hot I’m speaking from experience and she hung up in my face and yelled at me."
"Food tasted horrible. Over cooked cheesy bread, barely any cheese on pizza. Will not be going back. Customer service was also terrible.... People expect tips but when the food is as bad as it is, no way. Bad food no tip....Smh.Wow."

"Always have a great experience here.. Even the couple of times my order has taken longer than expected or it's been messed up.. They always make things right and all the staff is super nice and customer service oriented. Today Algeria in particular stood out to me. I've been here a couple of times when she's at the window and she is just so sweet and polite, she's what good service is all about. This staff will definitely keep me coming back!"
