"They did great didn’t get they’re name but I love my nails five stars"
"Jenni was amazing. Very sweet and so thorough with her work. I’ve been in El Paso a year and never found a nail spot that I left all around satisfied, until today! Definitely recommend."
"Been going here for like a year and have had such a positive experience every time! Reba is so great and does amazing work!"
"My favorite nail salon in el paso, the techs are always so nice and friendly and they do an awesome job every time! Also very fairly priced!"
"Customer service was eh.I felt like I was an inconvenience to be honest. I went in last week Wednesday 04/05/23 for a basic pedi with gel color/ simple design (took tech 2 mins to do the eyes) and full set. I sat down at 1:33 pm, for my pedi. The tech didn’t finish until 3:20pm. At 2:50pm I asked her how long a full set would take there since i was doing both and I hadnt realized a pedicure took this long, I had to pick up my kiddos at 3:45pm. She apologized and told me normally it takes 45 minutes to and hour. She would ask another tech how long a full set would take. The other tech said she could do it no problem. Would be out of there by 3:45pm. I sat down at the nail techs desk at 3:20pm. She said give me one moment and walked off. 5 minutes passed before she walked by making eye contact and turning right back into the room on her phone. It wasn’t until I was paying for my pedi at 3:35 that she came hurrying out telling tell she could my nails in 10 mins. I declined explaining I didn’t mean to cause stress for anyone, I was gonna go get get my kids and I’d be back to do my nails. Okay. So I went back, told her and the other tech I was sorry I did truly understand nails take time and are art I never meant to rush or inconvenience anyone I just expected something to take 45 mins vs 3 hours. The tech who did my nails just wanted to be done. She was nice but you know how you can tell when someone just doesn’t want to. I get it seriously. I just wish it would have been said. I could have saved my time, my money and my energy. Full acrylic set with gel polish. One nail broke 4 days later and paint started to come off as if it hadn’t been cured right. Not to mention the polish on my toe nail just completely came off. Now I’ve had my nails done all my life, through various jobs that are hard on the hands. Army, mechanic. From guns to hot engines and oil, never broke a nail. Ask me how this one broke…I was washing my hair. So either the product isn’t very good, or the tech did them entirely too thin. When I went to have it fixed, I was charged $8.60. Never has a shop charged for a fix up to a week. But I do understand different policies."
