"Very easy system for ordering and picking up meals. You can easily adjust the number of meals for the week as needed and update your payment plan. The portions work great for tracking my macros throughout the week. I am personally not a big fan of the taste of the chicken and stick to the beef or turkey and the taste for those is great. The meals seem to fit most dietary needs but are not Keto-friendly (at least not that I have seen), which is what my husband needs. I especially love the InBody machine to help me track my progress. It would be great to have a way to better interpret the stats and to know how to adjust diets based on these findings! Great customer service and the staff is very helpful."
