Pizza Hut

"It's weird to do a review of Pizza Hut, but I'm doing it because it was a better-than-expected meal! We got Pizza Hut delivered, so I can't speak to their service or atmosphere, but I can say we got our pizzas delivered quickly through their app, and they were pretty close to hitting the ETA of the order to my door, missing by maybe 2 mins. The pizzas were great! Thin n Crispy Crust Meat Lovers and a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza. Very happy with both of them! But we tried the buffalo wing pieces -- and they were awesome! I was really surprised by them! Good flavor, big meaty chunks of real chicken -- very good! I will definitely get those again. We weren't crazy about the Cinnabuns, however, as they were kinda dry. We'll pass on those next time. But we will be getting pizzas (and nuggies!) from this Pizza Hut again!"

"This was absolutely the worst decision to give this location another chance. We ordered one lg pizza at 5:38pm for a 6:45pm pickup. We arrived at 6:35pm early for our pickup time. We live 2 miles away, once home I opened the pizza box to find a barley warm, the cheese was hard and dry, the ham was cold and dried up. This absolutely should never happen. I am recommending all customers avoid this location in the evenings. Hope to hear from Management but I doubt I will."

"I have never had any problems with this location, until today. I placed an online order and sent my daughter to go pick it up. When she got home I found that they forgot the side salad. I called and spoke with the guy that answered and asked for a refund for the side salad. And found out the person who gave my daughter the pizza that was ordered was supposed to tell her to grab the salad. And was also told I could not get a refund for the salad."

"Don't know what's going on with the Pizza Hut at 1900 University Blvd but on my most recent trip to pickup my pizza, a young African American employee, perhaps by the name of Arnold (Not certain) asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. When I informed him that I had already paid online, he waited for me to get to the door and loudly made some nasty remark regarding not receiving a tip. I turned around and walked back to the counter and asked him to repeat what he said, which he did not. Normally, when I get a pizza delivered I tip 20%. My point being that I don't feel I should have to tip someone for picking up my own pizza and I certainly should not be harassed for not tipping when I pick up my own pizza. And for information purposes, he did the same thing to the customer in front of me. It is my hope that Pizza Hut will see this review and train their employees to refrain from uncouth behavior."
