"Ms. Debbie is AMAZING! Everytime I go in, she has such a beautiful smile and wonderful attitude! No matter how busy it is, she keeps a smile on her face and stays positive. Even when other customers are rude to her, for things that are not her fault, she still treats them with kindness. The world needs more of Ms. Debbie!!!"

"Ordered from Pizza Hut for delivery for dinner. Apparently they no longer have drivers and the delivery through Door dash. I was sent a drive that didn't speak English well, so when I asked him about half my order not arriving tell my to call customer service. I call Pizza Hut 2000 N Mays St Ste 118, Round Rock, TX 78664 multiple times with no answer. I get a hold of Door dash and they call Pizza Hut multiple times with no answer. Since Door dash can't get a hold of Pizza Hut I don't even know if I'm ever ganna get a refund."

"David helped resolve our missing food from door dash. He displayed excellent customer service, showed empathy and fixed the situation. Pizza Hut is lucky to have such an excellent leader as David! He went above and beyond and even called back to update us on the situation. Thank you David!"

"I ordered a carryout pizza through the app, the order was wrong so I asked for it to be fixed. The lady at the register was rude and unprofessional, called the manager I asked if he was going to fix it or if I could just buy another the right way. He took a while and then I heard the ladies (the one from the register and one in the back) making fun of me and my glasses. They were openly laughing and pointing at me and singing a song, it was such a bullying experience and all I wanted was dinner for my kids. So I took my phone out to start recording them but they escaped to the back. The manager then went back to address the issue for a bit then came back and was trying to figure out how to make the order right. I then told him I felt unsafe and just wanted to cancel the order all together as I would not trust those women around food for my children."

"I would first like to say that I didn’t want to write this review, but customer service gave me no choice because the problem was never resolved. I gagged when I pulled this out of my mouth. It nearly cracked my tooth. I have no idea what it is. A seed! Maybe. But, it doesn’t crunch—it’s hard as a rock. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and peppers. What I got was disgusting to say the least. Had pizza hut resolved my issue by giving me a refund, or at least apologizing, this review may not exist. I owe it to other customers to read this. The manager told my husband that we were liars and that they don’t have seeds in their pizza. Well, duh!! No one put this there! I’m sure it was an accident or something happened where this ended u in the sauce (as it was covered by toppings), or something else. It happens all the time bc no restaurant is perfect. All they had to do was issue a refund (I believe it was only around $26, and I would be on my way—definitely not eating a pizza hut pizza for a long time. Unfortunately they told us to call pizza hut corporate, and no one has gotten back to us after weeks. Ridiculous. Do not go near this place. I don’t respect someone who doesn’t own up to a problem and figure out a solution."
