"For starters the manager wasn't very helpful, We ordered an 8 pc white and was charged $4 additional to the price when we asked for 4 breasts. I wasn't given a receipt. When I asked for it I was told she didn't have any receipt paper. I asked for the manager as the drive-thru cashier did not have on a nametag. The cashier proceeded to state "I am the manager". After receiving our food and checking the order we only had six of the eight pieces of chicken we ordered in the box. The two breasts we were charged additional for were not in the box. The integrity of the chicken was horrible and looked like something that should have been wasted. The leg bones were short with black on the end of the bone. this place is dirty and disgusting to say the least."

"Ordering was easy, it was online...the restaurant on the other hand...not so much. Getting my food was an okay experience, but I did not know until I got home that they left off my fries. Also the chicken taste like it was cooked in very old oil. I called the restaurant 6 times to let them know that I would be back, but I got no answer at all. When I returned later the same day to pick up the missing large fry, it was a total disaster and I am afraid this KFC location lost a customer. I told them the fries were missing. First Linda, the manager on duty, told me that she could not find the meal. Then when I showed her the confirmation she said that it only came with 2 sides and that their restaurant does not honor what the app says. I told her that it is not up to her, but up to what I ordered and KFC as a corporation. When I showed her that it came with 3 sides, she said I should have come back when it happend. When I told her that I returned when I could, she told me she wasn't there so it's not her fault. She then went to get the fries and lightly tossed them at me before slamming the window. I didn't do anything wrong, it was this restaurant . I understand you are in the ghetto but I am a paying customer and I was treated like a thief. Give me my fries, damn. You gotta do better KFC...*side note, Linda is not doing a good job managing, she needs some classes. Ain't nothing ever her fault"

"I went through the drive thru at lunch and ordered a potpie meal and a 5 piece tenders meal and gravy she told me they don't sell gravy at this location ( which I know they do). My tenders were over cooked and dry, I only got 4, the fries were soggy and all my food was cold and it was lunch time 12:20 and no other cars. I called to let them know and see if I could come after work to replace them. I could not understand what the lady was saying except to come get new ones. I told her I would need to come after work. She said, "Come get new and hung up on me." I have only had tenders here once before, and they were excellent, so I am a little disappointed. I will go after work and see if they will replace them. Food service is horrible in Aldine."

"Rough area of town, ordered spicy classic chicken sandwich, got a quarter size squirt of sause on it. she didn't give me a receipt so I asked for one and was told the receipt printer isn't working atm...but I could clearly see it through the window as it printed out... food came fast but it was all cold She was polite though so at least there's that"
