"I recently ordered almost $200 worth of meat and sides for my Superbowl party and when I got the meat home, none of my modifications were done. I asked for lean and got nothing but inedible fat meat. The ribs were tough and chewy and the wings were over sauced and flavorless. I contacted the restaurant that day and spoke with a manager how promised me a $50 gift card. I have yet to receive the gift card and made a follow up call regarding my purchase and promised gift card and was told they couldn’t find it and to call back in the morning to speak to someone else. That will be the last time I patronize any Pappas due to the horrible food and poor customer service."
