"The inside and outside of this place does not look like your typical Boston Market, its looks like the place is not being taken care of at all and is run down. The menu signs were not working and when I asked the guy about the plates he answered me like I was stupid. The food looks dry and unappealing. The area the food is in does not look clean or like it’s sanitary. The chicken is unseasoned, the corn bread is dry and burnt, the Mac and cheese has a horrible sour/ raspberry after taste. (Yes, raspberries). Plus the employee serving us food didn’t even wear gloves when handling our plates. This is not what I remember Boston Market food tasting like. I would not recommend going here. I was trying to pay with apply pay because we couldn’t find our physical card, I told the guy give us 1 second you can take another customer, mind you there were 2 other customers behind me and he would not take anyone and kept looking at me and my husband like we’re going to steal food or something, it made us feel uncomfortable. It wasn’t the best experience."
"I DoorDashed the 3 piece dark chicken meal and it was old, dried out, tough chicken with no taste. One piece of chicken didn’t even have skin on it. The creamed spinach wasn’t cooked long enough and had crunch to it. The sweet potato casserole was not sweet. This isn’t the Boston Market I know. Idk who cooked this mess but they need retraining EXPEDITIOUSLY!"
"So I ordered through Door Dash which is not far from my job, and I feel as if I receive scraps of meat because I was not present. This is very disappointing that an individual who represents a food establishment would send a plate out to a paying customer that looks like the picture below. I'm afraid to eat it because this chicken seems to the pieces to throw out. They are hard in spots which is not edible. This is sad. I wonder made this plate. I wonder when they eat at home would they want this. Just terrible. I think this does it for me. I'm no longer a patron."
"Awful. I used to love Boston market and now I don't think I will ever visit another location ever again. We went in for lunch and they had printed out a menu of things that they had and scratched out the things that they were out of. However, when we ordered they failed to tell us that the drink machine was down. So my husband ordered the chicken carver which he said was okay and I ordered the crispy chicken meal. As I went down the lane to get my sides I asked for chicken noodle soup and she told me they didn't have any. Okay. It's only on the banners that they have outside. It's on their signs. It's everywhere. They used to have great chicken noodle soup. We proceed to look for sides and everything looked so gross. It looked either way over cooked or just not appealing in the slightest. I ended up getting mashed potatoes because how can you go wrong with mashed potatoes but oh boy was I wrong! They were the worst mashed potatoes that I've ever had in my life. The crispy chicken was supposed to come with cream gravy and she said that they didn't have cream gravy. They only had brown. So okay. Guess I have to get that. I also got mac and cheese which was actually okay. As we're at the checkout, she then tells us that their drink machine is down and we have to get a bottle. So at that point we were like no. I told the lady ringing us up that I was surprised they didn't tell us that they drink machine was down before we were at the checkout. She started getting so mad and said she's just trying to keep this place open. I said oh are you the manager and she said yes and I said well then I guess I'm going to need to call the district manager because she was super rude. I'm shocked a manager would talk to customers the was she did. Anyway, the management of the Beechnut location needs to be seriously looked at. For them to be out of so many things and that kind of attitude from management I'll be surprised if the location stays open much longer. . picture to show how tiny the chicken is"
"Boston Market is an absolute gem when it comes to affordable, delicious dining experiences. The quality of their food for the price you pay is simply outstanding. From their mouthwatering rotisserie chicken to their delectable sides, every bite is a delightful burst of flavor that won't break the bank. But what truly sets Boston Market apart is their exceptional staff. The level of friendliness and attentiveness you'll encounter from the moment you walk in is second to none. They genuinely make you feel like a valued guest, and their warm hospitality enhances the dining experience. In short, Boston Market is a culinary haven where affordability meets scrumptiousness, and the incredible staff goes above and beyond to ensure your visit is nothing short of delightful. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a satisfying meal and a welcoming atmosphere."
