"This gets a 5 star only because Kenny was great! He deserves all the praise. Dude was working circles around the guy on drive-thru who had a piss poor attitude and was cussing a storm. Kenny corrected him on his behavior. Kenny is awesome"

"We had just watched the Astros game and we all were hungry. Half of us decided KFC. When my son got home and we were ready to eat the chicken was original but was so soggy and all falling apart. The bottom pieces were covered in oil…. So Nasty!!!!! I took it back and the employee was getting ready to return my money and the manager said no! I asked for store credit(she said no), gift card( she said no). She said they didn’t have gift cards in that store(really!) I told her we were calling corporate to report the issue. She was rude and gave no care to making it right. We spent $45 on horrible food! I’m also going to dispute it with my credit card company."

"I got to the store at 9011 W. Sam Houston Parkway N., once I received on my notification that my order was ready the girl could not find my order, and when they did find it, I left I came home, and as I proceeded to take the chicken out of the bag, I found that there were only seven pieces in the back it now this is the second time that this is happened to me. I can’t contact the store because they don’t answer the phone and I don’t feel like driving back up there so I ordered eight pieces for $10 which is a special online. I receive seven pieces of chicken and I am very upset about it only because this is the second time that it’s happened to me so from now on before I leave the store if I decide to order KFC again from that location, I will always be checking my order before I leave . The manager was awesome. She had no problem finding my order. Once she was told that they had no order for me. I showed her my order on the phone. It said that the order was ready. She did something to the machine and found the order, and she was very polite."

"Got the new spicy Mac & cheese bowl and they just gave me a bowl of grease. Horrible way to recieve a new menu item. Highly don't recommend."
