So I agreed to the sandwich so I get home all the sandwiches are salty as hell. Churro stale and. Burnt I’m so mad right now I’m not gonna keep wasting my gas to keep trying to go back and forth with this man that works there but I wasted over 30 dollars in salty sandwiches and. I’m just really irritated that. A manager would even say. That I couldn’t get a refund for stuff there out of that’s not my fault ! Very rude. Man and. For. "Had to wait for 5 mins to start my order because the employee was too busy on his phone talking to someone and keeping us waiting and do not even have a decency to apologize for the wait and also has this attitude! If you do not like this job then quit and get some other job! Customers come in for good service and food and not to take employees attitude and waste time ! Never going back here! Management need to check this location and also keep an eye on your employees ! See the pictures and you will see no one on the counter because he is busy on call which for sure is personal call and not work call"

"I was here at this location date dec 28 2023 around 9:40PM. Customer service was not good. I requested the gentleman to use fresh knife as I was requested vegetarian sandwich due to some religious barrier and he refused to serve me sandwich because he don’t want to use fresh knife. I will make sure not to come back here including my family and friends as protest. We will not give any future business to specially this franchise."
