"Trash. Had to return next day for replacement and was still trash. Won't even answer the phone. Stopped eating chipotle 3 years ago because of raw chicken, now they're just trash. Ordered carnitas and they were SPOILED, dry and disgusting. Will NEVER return to this location and I don't need feed back, reply or apologies from y'all, just know you all are STILL an epic fail"

"First time at this location and my last… the veggies on my bowl were so crunchy they taste like they weren’t fully sautéed, the don’t even give you a full scoop of meat, my tortillas on the side were stale and hard, they taste like they’ve been sitting up since Friday. The establishment was not clean, tables and floors dirty, i really should’ve turned around but at the time i went most restaurants were close and i was hungry. No napkins or plastic ware was out it was empty. No hot sauce/Tabasco in sight. This location definitely needs to step it up and do better. After reading the reviews i should’ve read them before because i would’ve never stepped foot in that dump."

"I am posting again because the last review I wrote got DELETED because they don't want people to know they broke my girlfriends tooth! They took the pictures down, and don't want people to know how wreck less their workers are and how dangerous their food is. I have copies of everything and this won't be over that easy. I'm disgusted with the customer service at this establishment and to think of how many other reviews they probably deleted as well. Shame on them . I will continue to post this review for others to see because this was horrible!"

"I typically like this location but the last three times I’ve been there the customer service has been awful! The same girl that has made my meal these past 3 times has been very RUDE! When making my food she never gives me a full spoon of meat. Today she literally dug a spoon of fajita chicken and shook the spoon to where I literally could count 8 pieces of chicken. I asked for a pinch more and she gave me an attitude and gave me a pinch more and then said to the cashier, “charge her for extra chicken “. At this point it was actually the normal spoon size you would receive. Also I asked her to make sure my sides were full since when she does it she shakes the spoon and doesn’t fill up a container . She proceeded to not fill my sides like other associates do and when I asked her to fill them she smacked her lips and gave major attitude. I’m not asking for anything free! I’m paying for it so I would like to receive the full amount! She charged me for extra spoon of chicken when it wasn’t. I asked for a manager and was told they were busy in the office. So no one even attempted to assist with my issue. When I arrived home and opened my food my quesadilla was gutted and falling apart. Also most of my meat was burnt pieces . I ended up throwing most of it in the trash. This is the third time she has done this. This NEVER happens when other associates prepare my meal. Her customer service is awful!!!! Today when I walked in and saw her I started to walk out but I thought maybe today she would have a better attitude but it was a fail! A new Chipotle has been built @Eldridge and may have to drive a extra few blocks to get better food and service. This sucks since I live @ Royal Oaks and this is so close to home."

"I ordered a steak burrito bowl online. Got home just to find 5 TOTAL PIECES OF STEAK! I know I didn’t get double portions but 5!!? This is ridiculous for the amount of price you pay to begin with! I will not be supporting this business and making sure I tell people to go to a different location! I also called them to see what they could do and nobody answered of course!"
