"This place has a style al it's own bringing the best of New Orleans to Houston. I like the laid back atmosphere, relaxing music, and tasty food. I tried the shrimp boudin poboy. It came with thick cut seasoned french fries and a sub that had some homeade fried breaded boudin stuffed with peeled and prepped shrimp topped with a savory sauce that reminded me of a canes sauce. It was nice trying something different. I think I want to try some other menu item on my next visit. Oh and this place is not just some sandwich shop. It has a fully stocked bar as well as plenty of places to sit at either bar or booth."
"You get a lot of food for the price. I ordered the Seafood Platter to go and it was enough for lunch and dinner. Mac and Cheese was really cheesy and good!"
"The bartender was amazing her customers' service skills were on point. She suggested the bellini margarita it was soooo good! Now the poor boys I was extremely disappointed. The grease for the shrimp tasted old, and the shrimp was very tiny. If I didn't live far from the restaurant, I would have gotten a refund for my food. Maybe they have different cook's on the weekend. I went on a Monday night. The fish tasted like over cooked cod. They both had decent flavor."
"The food was good! I would definitely come back and try a poboy for sure. I had the fried pork chop plater with Mac and cheese and the shrimp and fish platter with dirty rice. It was a great experience the staff was very friendly and even the owner came out and spoke with everyone he was very nice and friendly as well I would definitely come back!"
