"Can improve customer service a lot. I ordered 2 ribs plate, while one of the ribs was perfect, cooked nicely tender and fall of the bone, the other one wasn't cooked properly - it was from a newer batch apparently. I could hardly pull it apart. Upon complaining and demonstrating (literally) the front desk guy took it to kitchen and came back that the guy who made it thinks this is okay and this is how it's supposed to be - mind you it was unchewable. He told me he could offer me a partial refund (but did nothing to make it look like he meant it), I asked if he could replace with another one and he replied he could replace it with a side. LOL. Never heard such absurdity in my life. And then never got back to offering a partial refund. For the price of 2 ribs, I could actually eat only 1, the other one I couldn't eat, it was so tough, no way those muscle fibers could be pulled apart. It was an expensive meal at $24+tax which was only half edible. Thank you for the great customer service, I'll find another place next time for my meat cravings. Good luck."
