Papa Johns Pizza 11545 South Texas 6, Sugar Land, TX 77498

"My encounter with the "manager" on 1/6/2024 approximately 1:21pm was such a disgusting turn off. I placed an order online for delivery and the order was canceled within 20 minutes of the order being placed. After calling the store to inquire about the cancellation, the "store manager" immediately became aggressive and with a rude tone stated, "yup, the order was canceled because you didn't answer the phone when we called". I had a single missed call, which I then called back within minutes of receiving. The 'manager' became so defensive within the first few seconds of the call, stating he personally called from his own cell phone multiple times as I attempted to speak and inquire about the cancellation. He then finished his rude encounter with hanging up on the phone. After calling back to inquire about his name, he refused and continued to ask "why you need my name for" and hung up once again. African american male, 20's-30's possibly. I will never order from this store again while he's on shift, as I am afraid of retaliation. This is a terrible way to represent any business, especially from a 'manager' of any sort."

"I went in on a busy Friday night and the second I walked in the door the girl working there said I'll be right with you. She was very nice even though I could tell she was busy. They're very efficient and obviously are good at what they do. I think she smiled the whole time I talked to her. It was a very pleasant experience and the pizza was also great and cooked perfectly."

"Called in to store due to special requests for online order. Spoke with manager Dimarcus. Requested to substitute dipping sauce & to go heavy on the jalapeños. BOY did they deliver!! (Pun intended). My food arrived super hot & fresh and in a timely manner. Much appreciation to Dimarcus & his crew!! Tonight's "Netflix & Chill" was perfect, thank you."

"The pizza at Papa Johns is usually great but not at this location. It’s cheaper to order online than in store about -$3 per pizza. Front Desk is pretty Hardcore and want you to feel every bit of the “we’re Super understaffed” feeling. Bad pizza, bad service, misinformation in price & fingerpointing. Management needs to take more responsibility."

"This place is the worst, go somewhere else, customers are treated like trash. Jennie the manager at the time no custservice skills whatsoever. I order 3 meat pizzas. Paid $37 and what I get was 2 cheese pizza s. Not even 1 star. Get Little Cesar's or Pizza hut. The wait for this trash is not worth it."
