To resolve this misunderstanding, I contacted your customer service team immediately. However, the representative I spoke with showed a lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of assisting me in resolving the issue, they accused me of providing an incorrect address and abruptly disconnected the call without offering any solution or compensation. I want to emphasize that this was not my first time ordering pizza from your place Nevertheless, this incident has deeply disappointed me and has made me question whether I should continue to be a loyal customer. Additionally, I believe your customer service representatives should be trained in handling customer concerns with respect and professionalism."

"The pizza quicly goes out and with the perfect garlic crust and olives on cheese with bacon and meat sprinkled to ornate the pizza. The pizza here was delicious. But I have to say they could have taken more oil out of the pizza first."
