"I've been frequenting this location for the last 10 years and have always loved the quality and craft of dessert from Quacks... However, the price gouging has gotten out of control. I have always loved the tiramisu. Just 3 years ago it was 4.50 per slice. Last summer it was 6.00 per slice. Now it is 8.00 per slice. Today, I paid nearly double what I did just a couple years ago and looking at the slice -- it's also close to half the size. I'll dissapointingly say, today was the last time I'll be in quacks. But many good memories come from there. Overall, a half slice of pie shouldn't cost double what a full slice used to. We've got inflation, but come on."

"I have gone to Quacks for my wedding and birthday cakes. They are quick to respond to emails and reasonably priced given the quality and customer service. I purchased a peanut butter chocolate cake and red velvet cake out of their inventory that were delicious. They worked with me to make a custom banana pudding cake that was beautifully layered. For our wedding we had 2 cake flavors, vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream and a chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting. They delivered the cake, set it up on the stands, and placed the toppers for us! For our 1 year anniversary, instead of freezing a piece of cake from our wedding day, we decided to place an order with Quacks. Turns out, we got a free 6” cake for our first anniversary! We’ll definitely be back"

She is so kind and responsive and came up with creative ways to work with our budget and our servings needs for both the cake and the desserts. Quack's is also the best price you'll find in Austin by FAR for wedding cake. We also really enjoyed the take out wedding cake tasting- we're going to do it just for fun with friends for dessert. You choose the different cake flavors and they give you decent sized pieces to taste along little samples of the frostings to mix and match the flavor profiles, it was very fun. Hire Quacks!!!"
