"A great historic but they have really reduced the amount of food you receive and have doubled the price paid for less food. I spent $25 on just food by myself and left there hungry. In the past you would get a full plate of food and would leave fully stuffed."

"Had high expectations for this place and was a bit let down, to be honest. The mushrooms and green beans were overly salty, and the meat was cooked medium-well instead of the requested medium-rare. It tasted okay, but nothing remarkable. On a positive note, the design of the place was exceptional, and the hilltop view was beautiful. The service was quick and friendly."

"Service here is prompt and friendly. Roger was great and he is a credit to this establishment. The views and ambience are also stunning, with the feel of an olde timey bbq joint on a hill overlooking the area. Unfortunately we were all a bit disappointed by the food, especially the ribs. They were...dry and in places had the texture of jerky. Maybe it's because we came in on a slow day. Do try their homemade loafs of Texas bread with butter, full of flavor and fresh out of the oven. Will visit this place again on a busy weekend to see if there is a difference in quality"

"The place has seating and parking galore. The views are plentiful and beautiful. The service is on par. We had chicken, turkey, and sausage. The sausage and turkey were good. The chicken was dry and left me a little disappointed."

"I was trying to order one serving of barbecue beef ribs, but since two people ordered the same menu, I was recommended to order a larger size. The selection was excellent. Most had a choice of two or three meats in a dish as a set, but I had this huge, delicious Texas Beef Rib BBQ. It was very satisfying. The price is around 40 bucks. The sunset seen from the outdoor seating area is also beautiful. Other appetizers and bread were very good too."
