"Ordered a number 4 and got no gravy now I have to eat dry chicken tenders because I don't have enough lunch time to go back. The person at the register was messing everything up for sure because she charged me more than it should've been someone got the exact order and paid less and another customer also got the wrong items because the cashier didn't put it in correctly oh and to top it off I just realized they only gave me 2 tenders !! How horrible!"

"We ate lunch at Bill Miller's. I was thinking it would be Texas country BBQ. I was completely wrong. It was Tex-Mex style Tacos served with chopped beef tenderloin. Excellent Cafe style. Trays the whole works. They served breakfast and lunch. Pecan pie was AWESOME!!! ✌️"

"Let me start off by saying I love Billy Milly’s. We eat here quite often so I’m not a hater but today I found a hard plastic bread tie in my green beans and when I notified management she said it was a tie from their buns, as if that makes it ok. It is never ok for customers to find foreign objects in their food! She offered to give me another portion, not bring me a fresh plate, so I asked for a reimbursement which she sent over with a poor employee. I guess she thought I was gonna get rowdy. I was extremely discreet as that type of scene is not my jam. Am I wrong for expecting customer service from beginning to end? I’m so sad that I didn’t matter enough to personally bring over my reimbursement with a final apology. What happened to going the extra mile for a customer? A semblance of caring goes a long way."

"I always look forward to the pulled pork sandwich. This time I ordered it took 1 bite and straight to the trash. The taste was horrible. So disappointed the store even smelled bad and I have always gone to store 15 . The quality of food has gone down."

"Been coming here for years and sadly have seen the overall quality slowly go downhill. After today's visit I'm thinking it will definitely be my last. First off the staff are all really young and with absolutely no people skills. They all speak in almost whispers.... could not hear a single one. What they lack in volume they make up for in attitude. The quality and amount of food is a joke. With a line almost out the door, almost everyone was told there was a wait for fries. How does Bill Miller's not have fries ready?! Had to get hash browns. Seriously every plate comes with fries. We also ordered a "salad". And by salad I mean a really small amount of lettuce, couple of slices of cucumbers, and 4 cherry tomatoes and a couple of mutilated chicken straps thrown on top. The quality has nosedived yet the prices have skyrocketed. And the dining room was filthy to boot. I Seriously do NOT recommend going to this location. The management/ownership can skip the cut and paste response."
