"Drive thru experience was 5/5 stars. I was not rushed. The person taking my order made sure that they had taken my order correctly. They used manners and were very respectful. At the window my order was repeated to me confirming what I had asked for. When the food came out it was perfectly packaged the way I asked without mistakes. Veggies separate from the hot food so the crispy food stays crispy and hot till i get home. No one likes soggy cold food. Customer service was awesome in my book. Good job Antonio"
"FOOD GROSS SERVICE NON EXISTENT AND THE PORTIONS WERE NOT EVEN BIG ENOUGH FOR A CHILD SKIMPED TO THE MAX NEVER AGAIN IF ITS TOO MUCH THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! NOT TO MENTION THE BOY MAKING THE FOOD LOOKED HIGH AS A KITE"
"Worst experience ever... my daughter and I ordered two Cabana bowls to our specifications and the manager got very frustrated . We overheard him talking to the staff about us.. pictures attached is my cabana Bowl literally over halfway full of beans... I believe he did this totally on purpose... I really hope the main manager will reach back out to me because this man really needs to be addressed or let go.. we definitely will drive an extra mile to go to the one on Southwest Military from now on.. and not to mention he filled our bowls with lettuce and cheese with no gloves on... I would give this visit a zero rating if I could... this p.m. manager really needs to learn customer service he is killing your business because this is not the first time we had a bad experience with his attitude"
