"I use to go to this place to buy items they have. My mom likes their macaroni and cheese that’s why I ordered today using the app. I ordered 10 pc chicken with two sides. They told me that they don’t have macaroni and cheese today. That if I want fries, and I said yes. When I got home I noticed that they didn’t put the fries, but they put macaroni and cheese that looks very bad (maybe they gave me the left overs, or the food at the very bottom of the casserole). I told my mom not to eat it, and I called the store, and asked them why they did it if they told me something different. They wanted me to go back to get the fries. But honestly, I don’t want to go back again. Not even to buy chicken."

"This is a review and shine for the Kind and courteous man Rudy at this Location. My family and I made an online order and it was pretty big. When we got there Rudy informed us that some of the items we ordered were unavailable and was happy to replace them with no issue! A lot of places would give you a run around and just do whatever to your order with no notification. But this gentleman made sure that the customer was satisfied in this situation! I've never had any issue with this location the rest of the staff on night shift (when I'm normally there to get food) are always courteous and friendly!"
"The customer service is usually pretty mid here and they get the order wrong or forget something half the time but it’s Marbach so what do you expect ..the food is usually good in my experience with a few exceptions.. there new wings are good imo I put a pic of the sweet and spicy wings , they were good flavor and had a good amount of meat , but I got the combo and they didn’t give me a biscuit."
