"Returned to get a replacement meal and still can't get right. Decided to dine in and there were 2 employees sitting at a table but instead of them talking amongst themselves, they were talking so loudly that the only customers inside could be involved also. I know way more than I should about her baby daddy and his 6 kids, 1 by her, the car being his & the mental and emotional abuse he issues out. Girl, I hope you get out of that situation. All the cursing and loudness of the conversation. RIDICULOUS. And on top of that, my meal was still made WRONG. Not ever going back. Burger King Your Customers Should Not Have to be Concerned about What Your Workers Have Going On OR Their Language."

"I eat from here prolly four times a week because it is close to my work. They are better than average correct with my orders usually, but today was a disappointment. I ordered two of the spicy royal chicken wraps, the first one was as good as usual. The second one was made with their extruded chicken nuggets. It was a royal wrap of regret and shame. I finished it because I don’t have time to go back and get a correct one, but this was very dissatisfying. If you are out of the correct meat, why not inform me so I can choose an option? They did this to me several weeks ago when I ordered breakfast sandwiches. Instead of the double bacon croissants I ordered they had this processed ham sandwich meat folded over in both sandwiches. I let it slide then, but I’m going to start holding up the drive thru to inspect my meal going forward if it happens again."

"This is always been my favorite fast food place since I was a kid. It is the front flame broiler burgers that I love. The fries are equal or better than anyone else. I also love their shakes."

"I pulled up to the window and lady greets me. I order a six dollar your way deal, but I hear nothing but silence for a solid minute. Suddenly, a man mumbles incoherently at me. I place my order again and he mumbles again. I pull up to the window and get my food. I check my bag and surprise, no chicken fries. I ask for them and I received them, not in the chicken fries box but I received them. When I got home I learned, to my horror, that my double bacon cheeseburger had been replaced with an “original chicken sandwich” served on hamburger buns? I will never eat here again. I guess they replaced all their polite and competent workers."
