He was very patient while I picked out breakfast for my kids, then told me what salsas would be mild enough for them. His overall positive attitude and kindness made my experience great. I would come back just to have my mood lifted by him. What a great employee, made my morning."

"i loved going to taco cabana before the pandemic, but now it’s a last resort option. i ordered ahead for pickup, so i was expecting my food to be cold (that’s on me), but as so as i walked into the lobby an overwhelming smell of raw sewage was wafting through. I wanted to walk out right then and there, but i needed to eat because of a medical condition and because this was a last resort and desperately needed to eat, I endured the smell. I walked up to the cashiers and nobody was there, so i looked to see of someone was in drive-thru that i could wave or call out to, but the person had their headset on while cooking food, so it would be hard to grab their attention (my family works in fast food so i understand). I waited for a couple of minutes and then I sensed someone walking behind me. I’m not sure where he came from but he kindly directed me to my order. Again, I was expecting my food to be cold, but the overall quality was just disappointing. I got the ground beef nachos with queso and no refried beans, and the portion was so tiny. Usually, it’s almost like a mountain of chips with the toppings, but there were barely more chips there than a small chip bag. Taco cabana used to have a standard of quality, but now it’s like they forgot what that name means to texans. Overall I’m just sad that this company is no longer one I can rely on."

"I've been to the store at least five times through the drive-thru and every time they get my food wrong. Today I asked for two chicken tacos and was given four ground beef hard shell tacos. And if that wasn't the only thing they were cold. When the ask for beef chicken. When I asked for hard they give me soft tacos. And everytime I go it's not even busy to say that's why they get it wrong. They just don't care! I called and she told me to come back for the food and a receipt and she will redo my order not offering anything to make the situation better. So I have to waste gas and time because of their mistake? So much for spending any more money here!"
