"they accuse you of stealing product , i told them i didnt need an electric toothbrush ... the next day i had a sum of money pulled out of my account and came to the office and the "manager" said she cant issue me a refund if i dont bring the toothbrush back ? but what toothbrush? do they not count there inventory ? i told them i never received a toothbrush & till this day i havent got my money back ... so please be careful coming to this place they got new people i Miss the old SMILE center ."

"Coming in as a new patient, uploaded all my information via their portal, including medical history, insurance cards, and basic information. I get a text that missed my appointment hours before the actual time. I call in they confirm that it was in error. I make it 20 mins before my appointment, and front desk state that they have no information and that I will have to do it again. I comply. It is now 30 mins past my appointment, and nothing. I told them to delete my account I never want to do business with such incompetent humans. Trust the reviews, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!"

"I went an for an appointment at 11am for an implant from the a doctor who said they were there, showed up just for them to not be there, along with the employee laughing at me when I told them to get their manager. Disrespectful employees"

"They have been bought by another company and didn't transfer any old patient files. I made an appointment for a cleaning but after 25 minutes, they told me I had to be treated like a new patient and start over. The waiting room was dirty and loud and the front desk was unhelpful. I decided to find someone new. I may as well find a better dentist, closer to where I live, without the smell of sewage coming from their bathroom."
