Regrettably, the office appears to engage in deceptive practices, seeking to maximize financial gains from patients without maintaining transparent billing procedures. The office staff was discourteous, insisting on collecting fees even prior to submitting the claim. Moreover, they suggest and endorse services that are not covered by insurance, indicating that opting for these services is essential for receiving proper care. As a result of choosing this clinic, I forfeited a visit from my plan's maximum coverage. Edit: reading the review from Doctor's office: 1. Instead of respecting patient confidentiality, the doctor discussed specific services provided to a patient in their response on Google reviews. 2. Despite the doctor's office assuring me that insurance wouldn't cover the service, they indicated they would reimburse if the claim was approved. However, upon checking the insurance claim, it was evident that they failed to file for certain procedure codes for which they had already received payment from me. 3. While it is claimed that this doctor provides the best care for patients, the ongoing concern revolves around determining the appropriateness of the care offered and whether these services are genuinely necessary. I would avoid this doctor's office, and if someone in my close circle seeks my opinion, I would not recommend going to this office."
