"Very good and pleasant visit , terrified of shots but Dr. Megens took time to make sure that I was comfortable and not too feel any pain would highly recommend staff is amazing! Dr Nguyen is amazing also followed her from Pflugerville to round rock ."
"I went in as a new patient and was told I would need a deep cleaning, costing nearly $800. I later called back to schedule a standard cleaning, because that's what *is* covered by my insurance, and was told that I had to do the deep cleaning and they wouldn't schedule anything else. Completely feels like a money grab. The dentist was nice, but the fact my only option for dental care was shelling out hundreds and hundreds of dollars before I could even access the care that is covered by my dental insurance is ridiculous. Doing standard cleanings is the bare minimum I expect from a dental office."
"1) Got very strong feeling that this place makes their profits on 'deep cleaning' - so they strongly will push you to do it when you don't need it. (2 other dentist didn't recommend this procedure). So if they recommend it - most likely you will just waste your money. 2) Their 'digital x-ray' didn't detect cavities. 3) They don't run predetermination with your insurance. 4) They aggressively convince you to put more expensive crown even if you don't need it. Bottom line - if you don't have particular reason (like friend or family relative working there), just consider another place."
"Careful... I went there one time and i was told the x-rays were free. They gave me a quote on the work i needed done on my teeth. I setup an appointment but ended up canceling the appointment. 3 months later they are emailing me that my insurance sent me a check for $300 and they want me to forward that check to them??? I explained i never got any work done and was told it was for the x-rays and they were going to contact my insurance to reissue a check to them?. A year later i get a bill that i have a past due balance of $118? I called and was placed on hold for a bit then they hanged up."
