"This place brags on how good they are and they always provide good service stated last month they cut over 600 heads of hair for two stylist They statedneed to start making appointments because they're always busy. No offense over the time of thinking the stylists have an attitude problem and if it is in conjunction of cutting that many heads with short staff something needs to change. Oh the haircuts are mediocre at best as they messed up my wife's hair."

"Accompanied my wife to get a haircut. We saw one employee cutting one customer's hair. Before we reached the counter, the employee turned and said "First of all we REQUIRE masks, secondly I'M booked until 5:30!" Very rude and unprofessional. We immediately left and went to a competitor's salon and were welcomed warmly and professionally. We won't be going back to ANY Pro-Cuts."

She talked with me the whole time to make sure i was comfy and okay with the length BEFORE she cut it and overall was an amazing stylist i definitely will be going back for all my hair needs and would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this location of pro-cuts..
