"This Advance Auto Parts used to have great customer service. Now there was just two people standing around that didn't want to do anything. I had to prompt one to look on his computer to see if my car had a specific part, he seemed to not want to. Then I asked one and then the other to step outside and look at my car's battery to be able to see what tool I would need to take it off and neither wanted to. There were no other customers in the store. Just pure laziness in play. I will not go back to this location as long as they are working there. Instead I just returned the items I was buying, and went to AutoZone right down the road. Their customer service was phenomenal."
